Japanese bearing makers NTN, NSK seek business integration

Osaka-based NTN and Tokyo-based NSK said they aim to achieve long-term profitable growth and strengthen global competitiveness by establishing the joint holding company in October 2027. The transaction remains subject to US securities laws and domestic and foreign competition laws, the companies said in a joint statement.
