Cintas to refile UniFirst deal paperwork May 12, setting up June 11 deadline

The company said it will resubmit the notification on May 12, according to a filing with the US Securities and Exchange Commission. The new antitrust waiting period is expected to expire on June 11, unless extended by a request for additional information or documentary material, it said.
