Tibnor-Ovako deal wins Finnish clearance after in-depth probe

The watchdog found that the buyer would still face significant competitive pressure, particularly from its largest competitors BE Group and Alumeco. In February, the agency opened a full probe, saying that the transaction could have adverse effects on competition in the market for the distribution of flat stainless steel.Statement follows....
