Japanese home-improvement retailers Arclands, Joyful Honda to form JV

Arclands, based in Niigata Prefecture, and Ibaraki-based Joyful Honda aim to set up and list the holding company in March 2027, subject to approvals from the Japan Fair Trade Commission and other relevant authorities. The two listed companies are expected to become the fourth-largest player in the home-improvement retail segment, according to Nikkei.Statement is attached....
