( April 10, 2026, 22:31 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: Distributors and dealers of Sports Court sports flooring systems were denied an injunction against Gerflor USA to reinstate the contracts of plaintiffs already ostensibly terminated and not to terminate the contracts of the other plaintiffs. District Judge Howard C. Nielson concluded the plaintiffs failed to show they are likely to establish that they performed their obligations under the contract and thus failed to demonstrate a likelihood of success on the merits of their claims for breach of contract.See attached order....
