Alaska Airlines granted stay of discovery by US judge

( March 13, 2026, 13:42 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: The US District Court for the District of Hawaii granted a stay of discovery for Alaska Airlines, Inc. in a private challenge to its acquisition of Hawaiian Airlines, saying that the defendants would be prejudiced if discovery proceeded. The court also said that there is "good cause to stay discovery pending the resolution of Defendants’ Motion to Dismiss."See document attached....
