Ekspress restores Baltic competition after Lrytas deal

( January 8, 2026, 14:27 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: Ekspress Grupp, the Estonian owner of news portal delfi.lt, has properly fulfilled its obligations related to its illegal acquisition of rival lrytas.lt, by transferring 100 percent of the shares in Lrytas to Admisa, Lithuania’s competition authority said on Thursday. Ekspress also undertook not to sell Lrytas shares or business without first informing the watchdog for a period of 10 years.
