Prologis-GIC among deals unconditionally cleared in China Dec. 22-28

( January 8, 2026, 04:09 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: A joint venture between US logistics real estate company Prologis and the Government of Singapore Investment Corp; Dutch-based automotive components supplier Motherson Global Investments B.V.’s acquisition of more than an 80 percent stake in Japanese automotive components manufacturer Yutaka Giken Co.; and a joint venture between Italian energy company Eni Abu Dhabi and PTTEP MENA, a subsidiary of Thailand’s national petroleum company, were among nine transactions that received unconditional antitrust approval from China’s market regulator between Dec. 22 and 28, according to a list of deals published by the State Administration for Market Regulation.The list of deals is attached....
