CADE sends queries to health providers in Bahia in Alliança-Grupo Meddi deal review

According to a certificate signed on Nov. 25, the questionnaires were sent on Nov. 14, with responses due by Dec. 1. The inquiries focus on diagnostic imaging and clinical analysis markets in cities such as Salvador, Feira de Santana and Santo Antônio de Jesus, seeking details on services, competitors, barriers to entry and potential impacts on competition.
