Issa, Senior Member of the House Judiciary Committee and Chairman of its Subcommittee on Courts, Intellectual Property, Artificial Intelligence, and the Internet, said that adding HBO Max's subscribers and Warner Bros.' premier content rights to Netflix's 300 million global subscribers would reportedly push "the combined firm above the 30 percent share of the streaming market: a threshold traditionally viewed as presumptively problematic under antitrust law.”Statement follows below:...
