HSR long form hearing set for Dec. 15 in case against FTC by Chamber

( November 14, 2025, 22:32 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: A US federal judge in Texas set an in-person hearing for Dec. 15, 2025 at 10 a.m. in the US Chamber of Commerce's lawsuit against the US Federal Trade Commission over the recent introduction of the long-form Hart-Scott-Rodino filings. The parties will discuss issues presented in pre-trial motions, including a motion to dismiss for lack of jurisdiction and transfer; summary judgment; to Stay or Motion for Discovery Under Rule 56(d); for summary judgment and opposition to plaintiffs' motion for summary judgment. Other plaintiffs include the Business Roundtable, American Investment Council and the Longview Chamber of Commerce. See file attachment....
