Estonia's MM Grupp fined €7.5m for illegal takeover of Forum Cinemas in Lithuania

In a statement, the Lithuanian Competition Council said it had ordered MM Grupp, which owns the Apollo cinema chain, that within six months it must either submit a merger notice to the watchdog for clearance, restore the pre-merger situation, or eliminate the consequences of the infringement. The statement follows....
