Petrobras submits new data in Saipem-Subsea7 deal, renews intervention bid in Brazil

The company has renewed its request to intervene in the review of the deal, which would allow it to challenge an eventual clearance at CADE’s Tribunal. The agency has recently allowed ExxonMobil and TechnipFMC to participate as third parties.
