Microstar Logistics-Konvoy review placed on hold again by Australian regulator

( September 8, 2025, 05:20 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: The review of US-based keg-services company MicroStar Logistics’ bid to acquire Konvoy Holdings has been paused in Australia, with the antitrust regulator saying it has requested further information from the companies. In an entry on its website, the Australian Competition & Consumer Commission said it had suspended the timeline “pending receipt of information from the parties” and that the former provisional data of Oct. 9, 2025, for an announcement of its findings had been delayed. The regulator said it would announce a new decision date “in due course.” It’s the second time that the ACCC has suspended its review of the deal.
