IAG's play for RACWA agreement raises initial concerns for Australian regulator

The Australian Competition & Consumer Commission said its preliminary view was that the proposed deal was likely to have the effect of substantially lessening competition in both the supply of motor insurance and the supply of home and contents insurance in the state of Western Australia.
