Retriever, Infomedia merger wins conditional approval in Norway

But to obtain approval, the company agreed to divest Infomedia Norge to an approved and independent buyer — along with implementing additional remedies. This would ensure continued effective competition in Norway’s market for media monitoring services. Retriever and Infomedia are the country’s two largest providers of media monitoring, media analysis and media archive services.
