MicroStar-Konvoy review put on hold as Australian regulator awaits information

( July 11, 2025, 07:47 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: The review of US-based keg-services company MicroStar Logistics’ bid to acquire Konvoy Holdings has been put on hold in Australia, where the antitrust regulator says it stopped the clock as it waits for further information from the companies. In an entry on its website, the Australian Competition & Consumer Commission said it had scrapped July 31 provisional date for announcement of findings and that a new date would be announced "in due course."
