Brazil's CADE proposes remedies for DaVita-Brasnefro deal

( April 18, 2025, 15:42 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: The Brazilian competition authority's Department of Economic Studies has proposed structural remedies to address antitrust concerns raised by DaVita's acquisition of Brasnefro. Although they remain confidential, the report evaluated divestment packages in São Paulo and the Rio de Janeiro metropolitan area, where DaVita and Brasnefro already hold high shares and face limited competition.
