US files unopposed motion to push back brief due dates, oral arguments

( March 14, 2025, 21:27 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: The US government filed an unopposed motion today to push back the due dates for response-and-reply briefs and to reschedule oral arguments in the US Steel case against the Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States.  The motion moves to extend the deadlines 21 days, to April 7, for the response brief and April 21 for the petitioners' reply brief, while also requesting oral arguments be moved from April 21 to the week of May 12.See attached document....
