The Chinese company had attempted to file a trademark, which Stryze said infringed its own unregistered sign and was an effort to prevent it from registering its trademark in the UK.Dongguan Youpute Technology, based in Guangdong, has had its application to register a trademark at the UK Intellectual Property Office for “HK Gaming” rejected. The authority concluded that the same sign was already being used — although unregistered — by Berlin-based conglomerate the Stryze Group....
