While the Unified Patent Court stopped short of ordering a recall of the infringing products, it imposed a financial penalty on the infringing company.Chinese tire manufacturer SYR must pay a penalty of €400 for each example of a type of motorbike tire which the UPC found infringed a patented design by Italian company Pirelli, following a decision by the court on Tuesday....
