The government backed down from its stated preference to change the UK regime in favor of AI developers, but didn't go as far as ruling out future change. Instead, it said it needs more evidence to be confident that any changes meet economic objectives.Continuing uncertainty for the creative and AI development sectors looks to be the only certain outcome so far from the latest development in the UK's continuing dispute over the use of copyrighted works in AI model training....
