But a win for BMW on its still-live claim the nonpracticing entity misused its US patents will give many patent owners pause.The US Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit won’t be weighing in anytime soon on whether US patents can be enforced abroad — or whether it is a practice that can be halted by US courts....
