EU Commission to adopt new tech transfer antitrust rules in second quarter of 2026

( February 23, 2026, 17:08 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: The European Commission will adopt during the second quarter of this year the new version of the Technology Transfer Block Exemption Regulation, or TTBER, according to a presentation made to EU member states' representatives on Jan. 28, and disclosed on Monday.
