Soho Home prepares for multimillion pound UK design claim against Next

In a claim in the English courts, Soho Home is seeking millions of pounds of damages for the alleged infringement as well as injunctive relief against Next.Soho Home, which sells furniture and interior decorations and is part of international private members’ club Soho House, said on Wednesday that its design infringement claim against UK high street retailer Next could be worth more than £10 million ($13.5 million).
