The Delhi High Court also observed inapplicable UK precedents and differences, ruling against any prima facie infringement of Aquestia’s patent.In an ongoing patent dispute between Aquestia, an Israeli company with a strong presence in the US and other global markets, and Automat Irrigation, an Indian court has stayed a previous order that had restrained the Indian company from manufacturing its "hydromat valve."...
