The Court of Appeal also ruled on confidentiality in a medical-device case and rejected a retailer’s attempt to delay enforcement. The Hamburg division ordered a company to halt sales of infringing attic stairs. And in Brussels, judges upheld evidence-preservation orders in a pharmaceutical dispute....
