Still, In Luxembourg, the Court of Appeal struck down Seoul Viosys’s LED patent, siding with German retailers Expert e-Commerce and Expert Klein in overturning an earlier Düsseldorf Local Division decision. Judges found the patent went beyond the original application, dismissed infringement claims and ordered Viosys to cover costs....
