Matt Blaszczyk takes on copyright’s human authorship requirement in age of AI

Instead, he tells MLex, the office is using the “rhetoric” to bolster its own legitimacy while it faces internal turmoil.The US Copyright Office over the last year has repeatedly stressed the importance of human authorship for ownership of copyrighted content in the context of artificial intelligence.
