Boehringer Ingelheim secured a cross-border injunction against Zentiva over a nintedanib generic, overturning a lower court refusal. In The Hague, Winnow’s food waste-monitoring patent was narrowed and found not infringed by Orbisk, while in Munich, Syntorr was ordered to post 4 million euros ($4.7 million) in security after its litigation insurance was deemed inadequate. The court also clarified strict limits on late amendments to revocation claims, rejecting CeraCon’s attempt to introduce new prior art....
