Nokia base stations cleared in US but jury says Ericsson equipment infringes patent

That’s almost certainly a far cry from the sealed damage request by patent-assertion entity Daingean Technologies Ltd., whose expert was accused by T-Mobile of inflating his proposed reasonable royalty rate by more than 1,000 percent.Nokia kept up its winning ways in Texas last week when a federal jury there cleared it of allegations of patent infringement by Daingean Technologies Ltd....
