Lava directed to pay $2.3 million security deposit in Dolby SEP dispute by Indian court

The Delhi High Court order, the latest in a series of rulings that strike a balance between protecting the rights of SEP holders while preventing undue burdens on implementers, is part of the ongoing dispute between Lava and the British-American technology corporation Dolby International over the advanced audio coding SEP.
