Tesla case at UK Supreme Court could shed light on FRAND declaratory relief

The Court of Appeal had upheld the ruling in favor of InterDigital Group, the developer of the technology, and Avanci, which manages the patent portfolio.Last week the UK Supreme Court agreed to hear the majority of Tesla’s points of appeal against a UK High Court decision rejecting the carmaker's push to have the court set rates for the provision of 5G services developed by InterDigital for its vehicles.
