This decision of the Delhi High Court review panel offered interim relief to the US casual sports apparel manufacturer in its dispute against an Indian company, Anish Agarwal, which uses the trademarks "Aero Armour" and "ARMR." The court overturned a single judge's order and has temporarily restrained Anish Agarwal from using "Aero Armour," "ARMR," or any other deceptively similar mark to that of Under Armour until the appeals process is completed.
