Judges found DISH had gone beyond the claims originally filed. The ruling also confirms that Aylo was within its rights to target the patent only in Germany, even though it’s valid in multiple UPC countries.DISH Technologies, a US-based provider of satellite and streaming television services, lost a European patent for adaptive-rate video streaming in Germany, in a ruling from the Unified Patent Court published today....
