Appeal in Harvard–NanoString patent dispute dropped

( May 28, 2025, 08:44 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: The Court of Appeal of the Unified Patent Court approved NanoString’s withdrawal of its action against Harvard over a revoked European patent 2,794,928. Harvard didn't oppose the withdrawal or request a cost decision. As a result, the prior decision revoking the patent is rendered ineffective, and the case is closed with no cost orders.
