Ericsson's patent dispute narrowed by UPC following Digital River insolvency

Ericsson and Digital River are to bear their own costs, while the main infringement proceedings and remaining revocation counterclaims will continue against ASUSTek and Arvato, the court said. Ericsson can withdraw its infringement case against Digital River Ireland, the Milan Local Division of the Unified Patent Court said today, in a broader dispute over the telecommunication giant’s patent related to network switching between mobile and Wi-Fi....
