Atlas’s patent dispute against TP-Link stayed by Düsseldorf UPC

( April 23, 2025, 09:55 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: Atlas Global Technologies’ patent dispute against TP-Link, concerning EP 3,186,937, has been suspended by the Düsseldorf Local Division of the Unified Patent Court. Atlas had brought patent infringement action against four TP-Link companies. At the request of TP-Link Enterprises Netherlands, TP-Link Germany and TP-Link Enterprises France, and with agreement from all parties, the court approved the stay under Rule 295(a) of the Rules of Procedure.The order is attached in German....
