Board construction of ‘sterilized’ jives with UK safety standard, US court says

In a precedential decision today, the US Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit said substantial evidence supports cancellation of two Sage Products sterilized chlorhexidine patents as anticipated.A successful inter partes review by Becton, Dickinson and Co., or BD, of two patents owned by Sage Products which relate to sterilized chlorhexidine will stand, the US Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit ruled today....
