In US trade secret row between Atlassian servicers, discovery will be expedited

In the same order, a California federal judge said he was “not persuaded” that Praecipio should first be required to disclose the trade secrets Nicholas Howser and James Areias stand accused of misappropriating.Praecipio Consulting last week won expedited discovery in its trade secret lawsuit against two ex-executives, one of whom allegedly destroyed two company-issued laptops after receiving an evidence preservation notice in connection with the case....
