EU countries ‘ready to resume work’ on SEP regulation, says Polish minister

His remarks received support from lawmakers Marion Walsmann and Arash Saeidi who criticized the commission’s move given the regulation had already been adopted by parliament and was under discussion by EU representatives.EU member state representatives are prepared to continue working on the controversial draft legislation for standard essential patents, Polish Minister of Justice Adam Bodnar told the EU Parliament’s legal affairs committee this morning....
