Roblox public-facing policies may not be enough to trigger DMCA safe harbor

Even more worrisome — and potentially costly — for Roblox is the court’s refusal to dismiss the case as time-barred. With artists under no obligation to “actively prowl the internet to ensure no one is using their music in video games,” the discovery rule holding by US Judge P.
