Dmarcian says apology to Dutch court ordered by US judge is non-appealable

By Melissa Ritti ( March 25, 2025, 21:03 GMT | Insight) -- With a Dutch court set to depose two key witnesses via the Hague Convention and a copyright, trademark and trade secret trial in North Carolina just weeks away, Dmarcian Inc. moved yesterday to dismiss a trio of interlocutory appeals by DMARC Advisor BV and its counsel, Pressly Millen. The duo were sanctioned in December for misrepresenting the state of the parties’ US litigation abroad, but Dmarcian says the “curative relief” ordered — including an apology to the Rotterdam District Court — is beyond the reach of the Fourth Circuit US Court of Appeals.An effort by Womble Bond Dickinson attorney Pressly Millen and his client, DMARC Advisor BV, to seek review of orders requiring, among other things, an apology to the Rotterdam District Court in the Netherlands, should be rejected, Dmarcian Inc. argued yesterday....
