Huawei wins appeal, EPO board overturns patent rejection citing violations

The board found that the original decision violated Huawei’s right to be heard by introducing new prior art documents too late and lacking proper reasoning on inventiveness. The case has now been sent back for further examination.Huawei Technologies Co.
