Boeing must face Wilson Aerospace's trade secret, copyright claims, US judge rules

Wilson sued Boeing in 2023 accusing the aerospace giant of stealing its intellectual property for a torque tool used to assemble parts for NASA.A Washington federal judge on Friday denied Boeing's motion to dismiss the trade secret misappropriation and copyright infringement claims brought by Wilson Aerospace.
