Amended Roku complaint accuses patent pool, patentees of 'opportunistic shakedown'

Roku's amended complaint in Massachusetts federal court comes on the heels of January anti-antisuit injunctions entered against it by the UPC, where it stands accused of patent infringement.See attached document....
