Nissin Foods prevails in challenge to MomoIP's MOMOFUKU trademark in UK

( March 12, 2025, 16:51 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: A hearing officer with the UK Intellectual Property Office erred in rejecting a request by Nissin Foods for cancellation of the "MOMOFUKU" trademark owned by MomoIP, the UK High Court ruled.  According to the court, MomoIP failed to put forth sufficient evidence it made a genuine use of the trademark in connection with restaurant services in the UK between 2017 and 2022.See attached document....
