Beckett sues accused autograph fraudsters for trademark infringement after criminal charge

Wendell Gidden-Rogers and Lisa Skolnick were arrested and charged with trademark counterfeiting in January, accused of operating a fake autograph scheme using an autopen and copied serial numbers from authentic Beckett memorabilia.See the complaint attached....
