Sixth Circuit to consider jurisdiction over Stellantis, Carrum discovery row

The court will now weigh whether it or the US Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit should hear the case.A District of Delaware patent infringement lawsuit between auto parts manufacturer Carrum Technologies and Stellantis — owner of the Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge and Ram brands — has the potential to find itself in its fourth court, after the US Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit this week ordered full briefings on whether it has jurisdiction to weigh in....
