Barco argues for UPC injunction against Yealink at Brussels hearing

Yealink countered the claims before a four-judge panel, arguing that Barco’s patent is invalid and that its products predate the patent’s approval. The judges, who must also decide on jurisdictional issues, will issue a ruling within six weeks.Belgian technology company Barco today asked the Unified Patent Court for an injunction against Yealink and its European subsidiary at a hearing in Brussels.
